1. What size balloons do you offer?
We offer 12" balloons exclusively. This is the most popular size as 12" gives the most visual impact. You may however inflate this balloon to a smaller size to your preference.
2. What print (ink) colors are available?
Our standard ink colors are black, white, red, blue and green. The most popular color is white.
3. How many sides can you print on?
We can print on 1, 2, or 4 sides.
For a 2-sided print, you can have the same artwork front and back or two different artworks.
For a 4-sided print, you can have the same artwork front, back, left and right, or two different artworks, front and back, and left and right (see figure).
4. What is the minimum order?
For 1-sided print, the minimum order is 100.
For 2-sided print, the minimum order is 100.
For 4-sided print, the minimum order is 100.
5. Can you print more than one color?
We currently only do one-color print.
6. What kind of printing do you do?
We exclusively use silkscreen for the best detailed print.
7. Are your balloons biodegradable?
Yes, our balloons are made from natural latex rubber.
8. How do I provide you with the artwork for printing?
The print quality is highly dependent on the quality of the artwork used. See artwork requirements.
9. How long does it take to fill an order?
About 1 week.
10. What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free within Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond. For places outside this region and within the Lower Mainland, there will be a $20.00 charge per order up to 20 pounds (roughly 3000 pieces). For the rest of Canada, shipping will be charged at cost, either via Canada Post or a suitable courier.
